Hi everyone!
I just discovered this treasure trove of a site today =] Although I'm not very good, I've always been fascinated by palmistry.
Recently, I've had to plan for my future--narrowing down majors and jobs I might be interested in. I've always thought I wanted to go into science, but I'm not sure anymore--I just feel a little lost and confused now. Also, I've always been a little worried that my head line splits forks into two.
I'd really appreciate it if any of you could tell me what my palm says about the career paths that suit me best.
I'm left handed and 17 years old.
Thanks in advance =]

Hi friend, just saw your post. Ah, the dreaded college "major" decision... been there, done that.
First of all I noted the discussion about the passive and active hand from another post and wanted to say that the passive hand is very important in hand reading, otherwise you cannot gain any knowledge of the inner self, the things that are somewhat private and personal to you and rarely exposed to the outside world.
It would be helpful to see your other hand, it will allow us to see the natural structure of the headline, which is critical in understanding how your mind is constructed. Is that possible?
Regards,
Den

Hi Den!
Thanks so much for replying (:
I've attached scans of my right palm. It's amazing how similar but different the right and left palms can be at the same time!

| for me, the fingerprints are absolutely necessary to determine Life Purpose. But two things I see in your palms' lines are a lot of emotional expression required so whatever you do, the emotional environment is VERY important. For sure, you will always be advising people from your inner wisdom and I suggest, again without fingerprints, that you are paid to give wisdom and advice to people (looking at your very curvy head lines).

Thanks Pamelah!
Haha the first thing I thought of when I read what you wrote about advising people was "palmist"!
I uploaded the fingerprints of my left hand in the URL below. I'm sorry if they're hard to read ): I used stamp ink because I don't have fingerprint ink.

| this is a good start - when I see the right hand I can give you a quick bit of info on Life Purose - why not a palmist if you are attracted to it already at this age but I think HOW you do it will be in your fingerprints.

OK - your quick Life Purpose is
BIg shot teacher + innovator
or: community pioneer who gets tangible results through leadership
put another way:
A leader who gets results creating community and teaching through innovative methods
Life lesson: biggest obstacle) fear of loss of love that gets in your way of being authentic emotionally thus challenged to get what you want -
best choices: work with somebody who can help you face your fears about any feelings that are unsafe to feel

Wow, what you said was so true!
Fear of loss of love does keep me from being emotionally true to myself often. Thank you for your insight (:
If it's not too much trouble, could anyone tell me what categories my fingerprints fall under? They all look like loops but some of them look different. This aspect of palmistry is totally new to me and I'd like to look more into it.

Bravo Pamelah...
Looks like it is comprised of whorls and of course the loops. Life purpose, as Pamelah said, revolves around your highest ranking prints, which are the fingers with the whorls. The loops are the lower ranking prints, therefore the Life Lesson deals with the feelings aspect as was mentioned. I just started studying this type of fingerprint analysis here recently myself and it is worthy of note and finding that it rings "true" in so many areas...good and bad. The "big shot" is a special combination of your whorl prints and very noteworthy feature. I am certain it is not the advice your high school guidance counselor gave you.
The line of head is very much supportive of the qualities that were mentioned by Pamelah. It is anchored in the lunar region of the palm giving deep thinking in the creative, more abstract, and of course innovation plays a role too in my opinion. The tied in line of head reveals a somewhat cautious approach, desire to stay within the confines of the familiar. I found myself having a "flashback" to when I was trying to find a path in the "now what?" stage of life. Regardless of what direction, your natural giftings will eventually surface along the way. Much to think about.

As you are left handed, is the bent in the index finger normal or is it because the way you scanned your hand - it looks like that.
If there is a bent towards the thumb - then I would say the qualities are more like having a radial loop in the index finger ....meaning you will achieve the best if you work self-independently in your career.
Can you scan your right hand with full fingers showing, please?
I could be wrong - because this is just a gut feeling - you will be at your best if you work freelancing or have a business of your own - because that will give you more prospects. Also, your luna mount is full of lines - meaning you are imaginative and as you have interest in palmistry at an early age - you could be a good palmist, astrologist or psychic...Just a guess!
But, education is necessary - I would suggest - business management or something related to business management would be good for you.

Thanks Den and Hansi for your responses =]
Den-- lol I have much more faith in what my palms tell me than anything my guidance counselor says. He told me I should major in my best subject, which strangely enough is math (because the teacher never checks homework). I learnt the times tables only by counting my brother's freckles >.< But it's a relief to know no matter what I do, I can try to incorporate the creative aspect (:
Hansi, both my index fingers are noticeably bent towards the thumb. And you're right, I do work best independently. I love how little things like that can reveal so much! Maybe I'll study palmistry once I gain more wisdom (hopefully!) and life experience.
Below is the full scan of my right hand :DAttached Image (viewed 104 times):

Hello Jsummerfield,
The quality of your left ring finger + middle finger print is too poor to make a definite classification, but for the moment I can classify your fingerprints as follows:
Right hand: thumb = 'whorl', index = 'whorl', middle = 'loop', ring = 'loop', pinky = 'loop'
Left hand: thumb = 'whorl', index = 'whorl', middle = (poor quality print: 'double loop', possibly: 'whorl'), ring = (poor quality print: 'whorl', possibly: 'double loop'), pinky = 'loop'.
Maybe you can try to make a new print of your left middle + ring finger, then we might be able to provide you more specific feedback!
(By the way, Pamelah's feedback was probably founded on your fingerprints only, but I am not sure how she qualified your fingerprints ... ???)
Regarding your questions, I think maybe your left palm provides some relevant features ... I would advice to ask for some feedback regarding the headline(s) in your left hand!
Great toothpaste! ;-)

Thanks, hand_research! I'll try to get clearer prints!
I always get stumped when I try to read my head line. It branches off into two--I think this indicates interest in two different fields when I'm...maybe 20? 30?..but I'm not too sure. One's not as steep as the other.
Then a branch from my heart line droops and touches my head line and makes what I think might be my fate line. Haha around this time I also notice a million faint lines that are also on my palm and give up trying to read.
But I'd hugely appreciate any feedback (:
lol! I use colgate :D
