Hi all members,
Let me introduce about myself. I am not a professional palmist but I read hands just for the sake of hobby. I cultivated this hobby because of an incident that happened 15-18 years ago. I read a book on palmistry and I predicted something of a serious nature for someone know to me. And eventually my prediction came out correct. This is how I developed an interest in palmistry.
I came across this site and was going through the posts for a couple of days. I found many interesting things on this site and a good source to enhance your knowledge in palmistry. My sincere appreciation to Sue Compton and her team members for what they are doing in promoting the art/science of palmistry and to all those advance palm readers in supporting this website by giving their analysis and sharing their knowledge in palmistry by taking time off from their daily day-to-day routine work and sharing their views/knowledge. Newbies/beginners have fun who are interested to know more about palmistry.
I found this site very user friendly and hence I thought why don’t I upload my hand picture and get feedback/analysis by others. Hence please find some picture of my hand where in I am also curious to know certain things from you all about my hand.
As per my horoscope my astrologer use to tell me that I have a distinguished feature called “Gaja Kesari Yoga” which is a rare sign to find in a horoscope. A palmist from Indian origin can understand this well. To all others I have uploaded a picture of how the hand of this Gaja Kesari Yoga should be and I placed my hand next to that for your analysis.
What I would like to highlight here is can Astrology be combined with Palmistry for an accurate prediction. My logic is whenever an Astrologer predicts or says something by seeing the horoscope/chart then the same should reflect in your hand too. Am I correct ?
I am curious to know what palm readers would like to comment about my hand. You can be absolute frank in revealing what ever you read/find in my hand. Some lines are not so clear so I am uploading multiple pictures and some with sketch of the lines drawn, which otherwise are not seen on the scanned image may be because of the hand pressing against the scanner glass or because of the light reflection …etc.
Passive Hand: Left Hand
Active Hand: Right Hand
Something is forming under Mount Sun since last 2 months of my Right Hand ....what is it a circle, a triangle, an island or is it just some kinda spot ?
Can any one guide me something about my influence lines on my life line and its timings !!!
On my Right hand I also have a cross (faint one) on Mount Jupiter but the bottom shoot touching the start of lifeline & head line.
An influence line from Mount Moon touching the fate line at the bottom of the hand what does this mean and how to arrive at the the timing.
I am not good at timing calculations ................
Additional Information about my Hand:
I have almost 5 whorls, and 5 Waves on my hand and my finger pattern goes like this.
O = Whorls
W = Waves
Thumb Finger / Index finger / Middle Finger / Ring Finger / Little Finger
Left Hand : WOOWW
Right Hand: OWOOW
Right Hand Apollo/Sun Finger Whorl looks like a peacocks feather kind of pattern Whorl. All other Whorl seems to be perfect Whorls. I am not good about whorls so thought about sharing some information about this also.

Hello pn73,
I agree that there are different opinions on timing, a rough guide I use is quite good and I have had success. The most basic is roughly halfway on the life line is age 40-45. Based on average lifespan of 80-85. If you plan on living to 100, then you could use halfway as 50!
As I see it, your palm influence markings appear to all be before the age of 40. Most of which do not affect your life greatly as they do not touch life line.
The deep crease I marked appears to be a loyalty line, it does not seem to touch your life line and therefore will not affect your life in any noticeable way. This loyalty line is often seen on people who have some primal, tribal or family loyalty.

Hi Saage,
Thanks for the timings marked on my life line. The loyality line are indeed touching in my both the hands with life line. But it is very faint at the point of touching the life line. When you see the hand from an angle it appears as if not touching but when you see from straight front of your eyes it is touching faintly. Also while scanning not much lines are showing up.
Any how thanks for the detailed marking explanation of timings on life line.
Today I learnt something new about "Loyality Line"
The Loyalty Line(s) tells you about: - your feelings about your family (and other loved ones)
- how well you get along with your family (and other loved ones)
- how close you are with your family (and other loved ones)
- how important your family (and other loved ones) is to you
Having Loyalty Lines on the Mount of Venus indicate that you will work closely with your family, either in the family business or just helping your family in some way.
When one of the Loyalty Lines touches the Life Line, this indicates that you have an exceptionally strong relationship to one or both of your parents and feel a great attachment to them.

To pn73,
Would you say that these things are true for you?
It will be interesting for you to see if any particular event will stand out as this line around your age 40ish mark.
Events which affect your life (often through loved ones) are the influence lines touching your life line. If it crosses right over and reaches one or other lines, then it is likely to be important and sometimes stressful to you in some way.

Hi Saage,
I am an Elementary Plamist and what I intended to say was I learnt something new called Loyality Line. Only because you mentioned I came to know and I just put the meaning of a Loyality Line for beginners like me who would like to know more about palmistry. That's all.
Timings I am still trying to learn the accuracy.
Saage, can you give me some insight about something I mentioned under Sun Mount. What is it ?
And the influence Line which I was talking about was a line touching and starting from Life line and going all the way down to Venus straight/circling Mount Venus till the bottom of the palm. I have read different meanings for this line on the net but unable to make out what it is.
There is one or more influence line starting from Mount Moon and touching the fate line at the bottom. What does all this mean. The combination of the meaning is all very confusing to me !!!

To pn73,
The line alongside your life line going to mt venus, is a support line, much like a second life line, influence lines are horizontal, support lines are vertical or paralell to lines, this is a good sign to have in troubled times or during worry. But it doesn't mean trouble or worry, it simply gives support to the life line in a way that you can basically do whatever you want and you are guided by a spirit or extra energy (sometimes even supported by a rich parent for example).
The line at the bottom which touches the fate line is likely to be outside influence line such as a relationship at a young age, or an event which affected you from someone who is not family. It does appear to come from the life line also, if this is so, then it will likely be a travel line around the age which it leaves the life line. Most lines coming from the mt moon to fate line are outside influence lines, like important relationships, if it touches and stops at the fate line, marriage is likely, if it doesn't quite touch, the relationship may not be permanent. These lines can also refer to business partners etc.

Hello Saage,
Your explanations are good. But these lines do have a couple of meanings. They are very confusing and I am unable to understand it, or get an idea what is it. Or weather my timing calculations are going wrong ?

Hello pn73
I have done the approximate timings on your fate line, Your head line has a rise and your heart line appears lower than average, so I have tried to account for that. I usually use the age of approx 49-50 where the fate line meets the heart line, but yours is slightly out, also the fate and head line crossing usually age 35 but yours is slightly out there too.
It is not exact science and we all have different lines, so you need to use a bit of guess work.
I used paint.net program to do the lines (I think it's a free program). And yes, I am a Scorpio, 2.11.67.
Thanks.

Hi Saage,
Thanks a lot for giving detailed markings and explanation. Marking on fate line is not as easy as on the Life Line. That's why I requested you to do it for me. And when the markings are done by the same person it is always better. The approach of different people might be different while marking the timings on the lines.
Thanks a lot again for the detailed explanation.
