I know it may be late to introduce myself, however as we say in my country “Late is better then never”.

I was born and grew up in the Republic of Georgia, because of some circumstances I immigrated to United States of America in the age of 20 (closer to 21). My first introduction to palmistry was in the age of 8, when my mom curiously was looking at my palms (she was not a palmist), I still remember that she was checking my lifeline. I am the only child, so now I understand why she was so interested in it. As a matter of fact, my lifeline was slightly shorter then now and had a fork at the end. I guess that fact was making her worried.

Well in the age of 10 my classmate was pretending to be a palmist, so she would read our hands and tell us some stupid things, however it made me more curious about the lines on my hands and hands other people. Because I was not comfortable asking other children to look at their palms (I was not even thinking of asking adults to look at their palms) I started to observe mines. It is fascinating how much they change. I also noticed that shape of the fingers and palm could slightly change with time (and it could be a short time as well).

Well I read some books about palmistry, tried to get more serious (get dipper into it), but something was always on the way. It is kind of strange, I fill like my pot is cooking, but is not ready yet for being served, plus it is slightly hard for me to learn by-myself, I like communication, discussions and opinions, they make me think and analyze.

I realized that making our mind work and keep it in shape will help us to stay young and sharp. Palmistry is a great science that can teach people how to pay attention to body, character, self. Most of the people live without knowing who they really are and the scary thing for me is that they do not even want to know or try to find out.

You said a mouthful there sister, and a nice story too. Some people need a good old fashioned "checkup from the neckup" or in our case from the wrist down.:cool

The forum will help accelerate your learning because you have a never-ending supply of willing victims and plenty of folks to challenge your assesments and confirm them too. Great to meet you.

Nice meeting you too, I believe we had some interesting conversations in some forums already.

I am looking forward to learn, as some one said "only the one who is swimming in the ocean of knowledge will see an island"

:)

Challenges are making our life full, and fullness is making our life interesting. There is nothing better then having an interesting and full life.

Everything depends how person is accepting challenges: learning from them and looking for a good reason (why they are happening) or becoming frustrated, angry and gives up on excitement of life.

From anything that is happening to me, I believe that "what ever happened or happening is for good" and "things are happening for a reason"

So what I want to learn is a reason, and when person is looking for the reason and not feeling sorry for himself he finds and amazing understanding of surroundings. you starting to understand the true values and see illusions that are wrapping people's mind. Unfortunately lot of people live in the illusion that was created by our environment and society.
